Measure snugly right under your bust, in centimetres.
Start with a bra you already wear.
Your bra size is a band number and a cup letter. For example, 34D means a 34 band and a D cup. Check which sizing system is on the label before comparing sizes.

Two measurements. A helpful starting point.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, in centimetres.
- Use a soft tape measure and wear a non-padded bra.
- Stand straight, keep your arms relaxed and breathe normally.
- Keep the tape level all the way around, snug without digging in.
- Measure in front of a mirror and repeat both measurements to double-check.
