Comfort, support, and a fit that feels like you.
A good fit is something you can see and feel. Use these pictures and simple checks to explore your bra's fit.
Your everyday fit check
Look for comfort in every detail.
- A level, comfortable band
- The band should feel firm without discomfort and sit level around your body. A band riding up may be too loose.
- Cups that contain the bust
- Your bust should sit inside the cups without spilling or empty space. Wires should surround the breast tissue rather than press onto it.
- Support when you move
- Lift your arms, sit down and move naturally. The bra should stay in place without the band or wires lifting away.
- Straps that feel comfortable
- Adjust the straps so they stay in place without digging in. They should not have to carry all the support.
Shape matters, too
Understand what you are looking at.
- Centre front height
- The height between the cups. Compare low, medium and high centres with your neckline and comfort.
- Underarm wire height
- How high the wire reaches at the side. It should support without digging into your underarm.
- Coverage
- How much of the bust the cup covers: low, medium or full.
- Projection
- The depth of the cup away from the body. Different cup shapes can fit differently in the same size.
A closer look at your fit
Use the supplied Panache guide to compare band, cup, wire and strap fit. If one breast is larger, fit the larger side and adjust for comfort.

- Fasten the hook and eye comfortably, leaving room to adjust as the band stretches.
- Lean forward gently and settle the breast tissue inside the cups and wires.
- The centre front of a wired bra should sit close to the chest, without digging in.
- Wrinkling or spilling may call for a different size or cup shape.
